Patient History:
- Idiopathic adult scoliosis with degenerative changes
- Disabling back and leg pain
- Spondylolisthesis
Surgical Treatment:
- ALIF L5-S1
- T10-pelvis posterior fusion with bilateral placement of S2AI screws and S1AI Bedrock® trajectory iFuse 3D™ implants for SI joint stabilization

- No complaints of back/leg pain at 2-year follow-up
